Y do people bully and harass other people?

What I had learned as a bully victim is this:

1. Demonic by nature - meaning, there is something demonic influencing them unless they were already born like that. Some people don't believe that some people are and can be born evil or with evil intent genetically from an ancestor or the soul had something carried down. I didn't learn this until adulthood. But always sensed it.
2. Demons, in general, jump from person to person and tend to stalk you and harass you throughout your life.
3. Environmental factors - abusive homes, neighborhoods, bully victims themselves, or mental illness.
4. Lack of proper communication skills. (could be various reasons why)
5. Peer Pressure/Group Think - They see others doing it, assume it's cool to do it. Or is pressured to do the same to avoid being a victim themselves even though they already are a victim.
6. Unregulated hormones or health problems (never an excuse, but can be a factor)
7. Personal choice - They don't care either way. Point Blink.

Many of bullies were bullied themselves so they take it out on those weaker. So people just like being bullies.

Hatred comes from this world. It is natural to hate and everyone does who does not repent. Hatred comes from Sin. True Love is supernatural as it defies the natural. True Love comes from God. For God so Loved the world that he gave His only Son, that whoever believes and trust him will be saved. You can be saved from the evil and hatred of this world, but you need to repent to, believe, and Trust Jesus. Jesus died so you could live, this is Love. You need to repent of sinful lust, lies, thefts, hatred, and all other forms of evil. If you accept Jesus death on the Cross as absolution you will be saved. Hard to say.

I only felt the need to "harass" someone if I felt like they deserve it.

Only when someone bothers me first that is, just to give them a taste of the shit that they dish out. To me it's justice, it's an eye for an eye.

That's MY reason.

As for others, I would say it's typically because they have bad stuff going on in thier lives and bullying/harassing others is just thier outlet.

That or/and they're just a bad person that hasn't been put in thier place yet.

In my experience it comes down to either that kid/person being rich and feeling superior, or that kid/person was abused/bullied/neglected themselves and they don't know how to deal with it. Lashing out makes them feel better
