I think it's good. If they are lying and caused a ruckus, they (Trump/et al) should go to jail. If they can provide evidence or dig for evidence, then. A full audit should be done of the election counts from this lawsuit. That said, anyone can claim what they want... so likely, no jail time.

the problem is the democrats have been found to do crimes in their own primary. They are prone.

I proclaim the earth is flat and all people should follow me. That's freedom of speech... even if I know I'm wrong.

You saying the Earth is flat doesn't cost me any sales. Trump's legal goons shouting lies on the international stage really affects Dominion's potential market. (Although I suppose they might pick up sales in Russia!) There wouldn't be any jail time for this, just financial consequences. Incitement to riot based on proven lies, however... (I can dream.)

@goaded I won't hold my breath given the history. Russia Dossier, Impeachment 1... thy want to bury these people in any way possible. They are as teflon as Clintons.

Well the company better hope that they're right and nothing nefarious ever turns up. Watergate occurred on June 17th, 1972. Nixon resigned on August 9th, 1974. That took more than a two year culmination, and there was all sorts of recordings and evidence. If anything did happen (a big IF), eventually someone will talk... if for no other reason than to score a big book deal payday.

They got a great case. He's made those false claims over 50 times with no evidence to back it up. They've got him dead to rights. Can't wait for the verdict. He would be wise to settle.

don't make the mistake of thinking that filing a lawsuit proves one's innocence and the others' guilt. Lawsuits have been used MANY times in order to silence the truth.

Yeah, except if Giuliani had proof, he'd have presented it in court. The fact that he only claimed the Dominion machines were rigged when not under oath to tell the truth is a pretty good indication he was lying. (Not to mention the machine count matched the hand count in Georgia.)
