How many voted just to stick it to libtards?

I partially agree with you, but not that it's anything like equal on both sides.
Consider yesterday's minimum wage vote. No Republican voted for that amendment. Not even from senators from Florida which just passed a $15 minimum wage (by 2026) law, so even if they don't like it in Florida and think it makes their state uncompetitive, they should vote for it, if only to level the playing field with other states (or to represent the 60% of their state's citizens who were in favour of it).
But you know there won't be a single Republican vote for the relief bill, just like there wasn't for the ACA, which was essentially the same bill that two or three Republican senators proposed in 1993 (and they were still there to vote on the ACA).

Oh for sure. Not only do most people not care about facts. On the occasion that they do, people can’t even agree what the facts are. It seems like we used to be able to agree on the facts... just not how to fix things. Now people don’t even agree on what is our isn’t a fact.
The point was these arguments aren’t really that important. They’re just wedge issues to divide us.
Then what is important if arguments aren't? Of course people are gonna be divided on these things, there are good points for both sides and people want two different worlds to exist.
True but abortion is why religious nutballs are in congress saying just pray Covid away.
Extremes of any side are shit. There are women who are getting custom jewelry that says 'Abortion', lunatics celebrating murdering dozens of their own babies, people who just want to shut down the entire country for god knows how long because of a disease that is gonna stay either way. Both sides have ok arguments at their core, taken to extreme any ideology becomes toxic.
(Sigh) are you saying the Covid experts are wrong? Govts around the world are losing trillions fighting a pandemic for no reason?
I'm saying that there is no way that you are going to clear a place the size of the USA of something that spreads and multiplies quickly and is smaller than a crumb of bread.
But shouldn’t we listen to virologists? Have you looked up New Zealand? They masked up snd quarantined immediately and they’re back to normal.
Two tiny islands in the middle of an ocean vs. half the continent, with 2 national borders and about 320 million people more
Why does that matter? They’re metropolises and suburbs. Shouldn’t we at least try that?
Sure, but the right also believes it’s an “unborn baby” because of some religious spark. If they looked at the science to see a bean sized fetus, then maybe women won’t feel so attacked.
Oh, I never liked Trump. But it's just funny when you say people voted Trump to stick it to Biden when literally the opposite is True and it's the only reason he got elected, along with the democrat operatives that are the media.
Now lefties are like "why is gas more expensive?" "why is my medicine more expensive?" "I guess war in the middle-east is good now?" "There isn't a border crisis, it's a border 'challenge.'"
Oh no doubt Biden was elected as the anti-Trump. But Trump was elected as the anti-establishment that wasn’t. And so nothing got done.
And yes, wars and spending the deficit are always ok when your side is in office.
And look, there's nothing tribal about my politics. If conservatives were the ones cancelling Dr Seuss, pushing transgender ideology, intersectional politics, the fase BLM narrative, would I still be aligned with them? Fuck no.
I could perhaps get behind bigger government and more social programs if there were some sort of accountability to how they're enacted and what the results are... but the left is passed that point. Our politics are far too populist, and the average person is fucking stupid, and as long as you can appeal to more stupid people than your opponent you win.
Also, you know that Medicare has a very low fraud rate? Just saying public programs can work.
No, Trump won because he was underestimated despite Hillary's unpopularity. The pollsters assured everyone Hillary would win, democrats didn't go out and vote, the media wasn't shilling at full capacity. 2016 was far different from 2020.
And yes, you think everyone's tribalistic because you're projecting your own tribalistic tendencies onto everyone else. It's obvious the way you think isn't based on conclusions you've come to yourself but moreso you're just following along with whatever mainstream leftist viewpoints are.
Lol. I gave a cause and an effect. The problem with your reason for thinking Trump won is why the hell didn't he win a second term? Huh? Why didn't he win 2020?
I'd advise you as a fellow male that you'll get farther with the ladies by changing... your whole personality.
