This 18 year old person whines about really missing his family and promises to obey any restrictions the court places on him for storming the Capitol building if allowed to go home. Maybe he should have thought of his family, who drove him to Washing to begin with, to begin with and stayed home. what say yee?
Well he really didn't do anything wrong. If what I have read is correct he was allowed into the capitol building by officers (its a public building that is open to the public) and he is being treated entirely differently then when the left stormed the capitol building (twice) who where not punished in any way shape or form. He is also being punished more seriously then what his "crime" would warrant (no violence on his part, and no real violence as far as we can tell from the riot to begin with (some minor destruction of property, some pepper spray but that is it (despite media claims (which they quitely retracted months later when they claimed an officer was killed (he died of a stroke a day after the events and it was unrelated)).
So yeah, because by law they cannot adminster the law unfairly, they allowed violent antifa members to be let out of jail with no charges for violently assaulting police officers, assault, arson etc. yet this guy walked into a public building and now he is being treated like a murderer? That is not justice. I think the protest was idiotically stupid but it is not even close to what the media (and politicians) is trying to represent it as.
The traitors should already be in front of the firing squad, or swinging on the end of a rope. All are complicit on the murder of a police officer and should also be jointly charged. The mouth-breathers online that try to equate them with some poor neighborhood thugs looting a footlocker are just desperate racist trash repeating the same flawed argument. If anything, Trump did a good thing and handed the FBI mountains of intel and leads on dangerous white supremacist and militia groups, and other right wing extremist lunatic scum.
I feel a lot of these protestors should not be jailed but be given the help they need. Would this viking been there if he had his medication?

normally, only violent people or flight risks are denied bail. After all, at this moment his is 100% innocent. He has yet to have been given a trial and so is guilty of nothing yet. I personally think anyone that entered the capital is a moron but we are suppose to be a nation of laws. Let’s follow them.
I don't think the people who committed Treason and were executed were allowed bail. These people were practically doing just that. I wonder what they would have done if they had actually got ahold of some of the Congressmen before they could make their retreat? Some were carrying guns. One officer was killed. When one person kills someone all his fellow perpetrators are also charged with murder.
not one single gun was found thats an absolute lie. The fbi stated in front of congress that not one single gun was found. 90% of these people walked through open doors while police stood there and took selfies with them. The only person that was killed was a woman shot by the police. The cop that died, was not hit in the head... he died from a stroke. His family said that on national tv.
Now... people stormed the same capital building during the Brett kavanaugh hearings and not one person was even arrested. People stormed the Wisconsin capital building and OCCUPIED it for over a month and not a single person was even arrested. you probably didn’t even know about either of those things. Because when the left does it, it’s “protests”. But when the right does something it’s “acts of treason” and insurrections”.
Just because Police didn’t recover guns doesn’t mean their weren’t any, it just means the police were actively searching for Guns when trying to stop a mob of hateful people. Plus, we have learned that their were a decent number of cops that were on the mobs side that... be careful what you watch
@motownplayer2000 if your going to call something an “Armed insurrection” then you need 100% proof of intent and the Firearms. You can’t say people were armed and then when asked for proof say... “well, they weren’t really looking for weapons”. No, either you have proof or you don’t make the claim. Look, what happened was stupid, disgusting, dangerous and a national embarrassment! We don’t have to lie about what happened in order to condemn all the morons that did it! They did plenty wrong as it is... but facts are facts, either people were armed and we have proof of that or we don’t know. If we don’t know, then no good can be done by lying about it or by using the ridiculous claim that... “well we don’t know for a fact that they didn’t have guns, so we will just assume they were”.

in the end he did the right thing. 24 states changed their election laws WITHOUT going through the state legislatures. it wasn't a fair election and that means violence is justified
the republic is gone. what matters now is what we replace it with. no matter what violence is coming

It is illegal and wrong to withhold bail or set bail too high for political or personal reasons. If the charges dictate that he remains in jail then he should remain in jail. If others are granted bail in the same circumstances then so should he.
How we feel about him pro or con should not enter into this

Perhaps all of the BLM and antifa terrorists should be rounded up and punished as well... But they weren't, they were given a free pass. If you support BLM going free but don't support this guy going free you're a hypocrite.
That was the government's fault. I guess that didn't bother them because it wasn't inn their own house. Now they are buckling down after it hits home. Still you can't have people attacking the President, although he was never in danger and in the Bunker. And of course it swill be us taxpayers that are paying for it. Are you willing to shell out of your pocket to pay for the damages? Don't you think some lawbreakers should have to pay for it instead of us?

Guess who has to pay for all of the damage BLM and antifa did last year? The tax payer. No difference. Only BLM caused billions in damage, the capital rioters only caused a few thousand dollars of damage.
You don't know much about values in replacing windows and doors. and other damaged things. The labor to do that will cost like $20,000 I estimate., especially if it is a government building. They pay their contractors well, like $6,000 toilet seats.
