Yes because I think two bathrooms are wasteful and the more watching eyes there are, the safer it's.
Two, because women already use the men's bathroom when ever they want with no danger to themselves, including transwomen in places where's actually illegal for the fuckers to use the men's bathroom.

Also because it would help prevent long lines in the female bathroom.
Just have an indian style stall with a sink and faucet inbuilt in the wall to double as a mictory. (most women are floaters, anyone who ever had to clean a public bathroom knows that)
