Why are people not worried about incentivizing high IQ people to innovate society?

Most people are comfortable enough in the West that they do not feel a great need for innovation. It would be a lot to go into, but even on a cultural level, things have been heavily and deliberately dumbed down, and you'd be hard-pressed to find even middlebrow entertainment in our media today. Many seem more concerned with allowing unlimited third-world migration into an already competitive job market than fostering the highly-skilled and capable people of our own countries.

This complacency, as I mentioned, is mainly due to 'quality' of life. What great convictions would a person who spends his days binge eating, taking drugs, consuming media, and playing with himself have? I'll leave you with this.

Because politicians are too afraid to piss big corporations of.

eg:
Science says, we have to stop co2 emmissions.

Smart guys says look at our invention.

Coal and Oil industry, nooooo this would cause unemployment... (and a huge loss in our money, but we can't say this loud)

Politicians, well lets invest some billionsnof money into a finite rescource and block all new innovations, even though this rescources will be gone sooner or later anyway while also doing massive harm to the environment, the people and cause global warming.

Humanity is a stupid species. Why would a stupid species value smart people? Hell, 90-95% of all people in the world have no objective value. As individuals, they're replaceable and valueless. Only a few people are innovators, doctors, lawyers, educators, CEOs, scientists, or world-changers. What I learned however, is that these people have value in large groups. Most individuals have no value to humanity whatsoever, but many groups do. So I think the better goal would be to incentivize community and helping your fellow man. Basically, what Nordic countries and The Netherlands already do. I just wouldn't go as far as actual Socialism, though...

Because so called "High IQ people" don't achieve much.

They are like cogs and only really are useful in small numbers and amongst certain groups and conditions.

Not really much of a need for them in the global. You could get a few hundred low IQ Indians to do the same job for a lower price anyway.
