Can you get in trouble from former employee by their retaliation?

Anonymous
So I made a comment on a news article on FB about one of the jurors in the George Floyd case. I stated that if the juror did attend a protest for Floyd, and they were selected, then had a decision in the case, then it could be a mistrial or they would have to her the case again because the juror had influenced decision. She did the 😂 emoji, but to me I know her, I know she’s thinking I’m a freaking idiot. But now I’m tripping she might screen shot that send it to some coworkers and be like “look at this racist!” or something. Is this something I can get in trouble for? I mean technically all I did was state legal facts.
