Should the law have a woman sterilized when they get their abortion?

- Forced sterilization should not happen, for any reason. It is arguably as bad as forced fertilization—assuming the process for both was equally traumatic. The consequences for both are very similar in severity and duration. Is this still revelant?

A human is one being. I'm just not gonna say we are mentally the same as animals. Obviously we are on a whole different playing field mentally. But physically, we are all in the same boat.
For no reason? Yes.
In order to help dogs or other animals by keeping the dog population regulated, or to help that specific dog by making it more likely to find a home or keeping it from getting pregnant in old age or something? No, that's okay.Maybe save you some time here.
Humans can understand everything, and so can be held responsible and accountable for their decisions. Because we are responsible for out own decisions, it is (generally speaking) wrong to make those decisions for us when we can make them for ourselves.
Because animals like dogs can't understand everything, they can't be held responsible or accountable for making decisions. So their owner takes on that responsibility and it is their job to do what they see as best for the dog.Mandatory sterilization is not (should not be) a punishment for breaking the law. It is a violation of the person's rights. Even if you're a criminal, you still have some basic human rights.
Do you also count cutting off a theif's hands as a good punishment?

- Anonymous4 moMaybe they need like a 3 strikes rule or something. Anyone can make a mistake. It's the women that use abortion as a form of birth control that I have a problem with. And yes believe it or not there are women that do use it as a form of birth control. Is this still revelant?

- Of course not, but it can happen anyway during the processIs this still revelant?

“Her body isn't anyone else's responsibility.”
Then why suggest laws that are counter to that statement?
Is it her responsibility, or is it the states?Well…. it’s not a law, so again I ask you. Why claim that women are responsible for their bodies, but suggest a law that removes responsibility?
As if I thought for one second you would keep it up. It calls you out for being a delicate flower.
Even anonymously it hurts your sensitive feefees.
Do you, punk!

- Nah because a lot of women are just unaware of what abortion truly is.
A lot of them truly think it is just chunks of undeveloped cellsReactLike
