I work out 6 times a week. Two days of upper body and two days of lower body + back. Six days of core.
HOW much do u bench, squat etc?
I like tennis, swimming, or running. I belong to a gym but I don't go when it's nice weather because I like those outdoor exercises much more.
I lift weights at the gym whenever I get the chance but I'm pretty busy with school right now so I don't get the chance to go that much
3-5 days a week. Mostly running but also some strength stuff and various other cardio exercises.
I play football, so I usually stay in shape when I can.
I stated in a year 6 (age 11) leadership speech that i wasn't a couch potatoe.. I would like to think it still holds true.. it got me the position.. Work out? I 'excersise' approx 5days/week.. which is 3+ because five ain't more than 5.
I highly doubt that coming from a girl that doesn't like exercising
@Iron_Man What gives you that impression.. lifting bongs is great workout... less costly then the gym too ;)

I have been lifting for about 3years and 3months I just train every body part sepratly every day if I can
I try to work out each day in one way or another
