I’m 20 and my weight is 65kg for 160 centimètres. I don’t look fat but I want to be very fit. I am very motivated to do some workouts, but a lot of them require a big flexibility like raising my feet, but I can’t do it!! I can’t even move them the way I want. And I noticed that I can’t even jump more than 5 times! I was thinking about losing weight by only running for two weeks before doing them, but I heard that there are a lot of peoples fatter than me who are very gracious and flexibles. So I don’t know what should I do, to be able to do some workouts. Any idea please?
