Panthers are doing well in the background, but I think we'll see how good they actually are against the Steelers. Saints are the most battle tested team in the NFC.
True, the Panthers deserve an honorable mention as well.
@NYCQuestions1976The Bears and Vikings are not awful. There's more good teams that just the Saints and Rams in the NFC.
@Under_Maps_OF_twigs Neither of those teams will go on the road in the playoffs and even compete with the Rams or Saints.

You say that but you never know in sports. I've seen 6th seeds win the Super Bowl.
But never, and i say never count out the Brady Bunch

Rams beat the Chiefs, but don't forget the Saints beat the same Rams team.
The Steelers are 5-2-1 but I think the Chiefs at 8-1 with only loss in New England by 3 are the best offensive team. If they had an average defense, they'd be Super Bowl favorites by a landslide.
The question wasn't who has had the best season to this point. If it was then I would see options like the Chiefs and Saints. But it was who is the best team right now, which means season long records are kinda worthless. Right now the best team is the Steelers and watch them beat a good Panthers team tonight by double digits.
The Chiefs will win it all. They aren't even in my top 5 favorite teams, so I'm not giving a biased answer. The Chiefs will work out their defensive woes.
