Friend all the sudden wants to join club vball. Am I in the wrong for being upset?

So my "friend" emma suddenly texted and asked about my club volleyball. Turns put she's trying out tomorrow and it's our first game. Normally I wouldn't be upset but
1. It's our first game
2. She knew about the offical tryouts a long time before they happened
And 3. The only reason she didn't try out then was because she was trying out for other sports

Now after months of hard work and grit and sometimes wanting to quit and join another sport, we've all stuck through. But because she didn't make soccer or basketball she's coming into our team. Am I wrong for being upset about this?

I understand. She doesn't seem as invested in it as you guys. It wasn't her primary choice. I can understand your feelings but if she's good at it, I don't see the problem. Another issue is if she will abandon you guys later on if something opens up that she wants.
