It's all about the courage be courageous I'm pretty sure that u can achieve it look for core workouts on YouTube and you'll find plenty

I promise I have been motivated I haven’t skipped working out once in a week I don’t necessarily want to be skinny as I am already in the healthy weight range I just want to get rid of my pregnant belly look and my muffin Flabby tops that I got from the medication I was on I can’t honestly work out how to get my cores to engage I have no problem when it comes to working out other parts of my body only my core muscles is what I have the most difficulty with
Emmm I see but don't lose hope never lose it it will work trust me just try to win against ur stubborn core muscles

Calisthenics is good for core engagement.
Real progressive strength training calisthenics will have your whole body shaking for each movement.
