I promise I have been motivated I haven’t skipped working out once in a week I don’t necessarily want to be skinny as I am already in the healthy weight range I just want to get rid of my pregnant belly look and my muffin Flabby tops that I got from the medication I was on I can’t honestly work out how to get my cores to engage I have no problem when it comes to working out other parts of my body only my core muscles is what I have the most difficulty with

Calisthenics is good for core engagement.Real progressive strength training calisthenics will have your whole body shaking for each movement.
