Have your ever try karate or know anyone that has?

Yeah it's good i did Tae-Kwon-Do, it is super fitness worthy and stretches your muscles, sharpens your movements and you can learn to focus power in a controlled way.
It's a commitment tho, every week and quite expensive

My dad took me and my brother once for one class when I was 11, never did it again. And I don't know anyone else who took karate lessons.
