Actually your wrong, AMD currently uses TSMC's 7nm process for Zen 2 apu's and CPU dies and Global foundries 12nm process for I/O dies and Zen+ apu's

its not really a law, in the sense its a physical law or a natural law. Its just been proven to be true for a long time. Compared to newtons law of motion that's pretty much just written in stone.
And they are faster, probably. Additionally they control the means of production and new chips.
I am not sure what the uncertainty principle has to do with it.
