Isn't this ridiculous?

This was sometime between 2003-2005, I can't remember exactly when, but I thought I had the rare copper penny, but it was a 1942, and 1943 is the actual valuable year. I used someone else's certification as one of the extra photos in my posting. Some jerk bid it up to like close to $20,000, and then afterwards he reported it, and then sent me some douchey message claiming he was a New York state trooper or some such nonsense. My account was whacked, not even a warning for using a certification photo I found online, and he was not banned for posting a $20,000 fraudulent bid. How does that make sense? For all they know I had the right penny, but just didn't have my own certification for it.
