Contact Google first, immediately. Then contact the bank if something doesn't get worked out. Those companies are pretty good at canceling charges if you didn't make them. It happens all the time with online games where a kid uses his parent's card to buy game MTX or whatever.
Also, are you sure this is not something you legitimately bought that has a recurring charge if you don't cancel?

I'm glad to hear it got resolved! Yeah you can never be too careful these days... Our credit card number goes everywhere.. recently a case agency that handles my information got hacked into and had access to important information. It's so crazy to hear of how many things get hacked into 😬
Your card has been compromised. You need to call your financial institution and cancel your card/request a new one. You also need to monitor your credit history with the 3 credit bureaus because your identity may have been stolen.
Someone stole your card. If you keep getting it and you know you didn’t do. Yep it’s stolen I had that happened and canceled the card. It stopped the extra charging on my statement. It could work for you.
On Top of that look into your computer/phone security. You may have been hacked. If it is your computer, does anyone else use it? If so how well do you trust them? Even if they didn't deliberately do anything to you they may have gotten viruses on your computer. I'm guessing likely it is your phone, because most people forget to have high quality antivirus and just use the standard. If you do, then congrats, but the fact these were random google purchases appears to be a digital attacker.
Do you have any recurring payments? Did you purchase something and forget about it?
Perhaps you are being scammed. Look into your Google settings to see what they are charging you for. It is also possible your card. number was stolen. Contact the bank.

You should check into it and make sure you aren't being scammed and that your number hasn't been stolen.
