If you change your Instagram account to a business account you can see insights on your posts. I posted something recently, and around 20 people sent my post to other people, and I’ve seen that some people actually save my posts.

Is it a good thing or bad thing that people are sending my posts to others? (The pictures are of me)

ik there are tons of reasons but, what would be the most likely?

Yeah you can tell but, it’s only a statistic. You can’t see the names of the people who shared your post or saved your posts. it’s the same with stories but, I think you can enable a setting where you get a direct message when someone shares your story. (I think)
