Is social media a good place to grieve or that should be kept private?

Of course the loss of a son will never be forgotten and always be remembered but my point is to post your feelings and sentiments on social media for every anniversary that has to do about your dead son. There is a friend of mine who lost her son 7 years ago at the age of 20 or 21 in strange circumstances something that has to do with an accident that ven involved the guy carrying a gun. But he died for the crash not becauee he was killed by a gun.

The son even left a girlfriend who was pregnant at that time. So my friend each year since the son died post on social media, phrases and poems with photos of her dead son. texting how much she misses him every single day. SHe post things each year at the guys birth date, also she psot things each death anniversary with a photo and a long text about the son.

Do you believe it is healthy to post on social media that you misses your dead son very often?
