  • Yessss!!! We have an island in Greece Zakynthos. There are some beaches there where sea turtles leave their eggs under the sand. So every year people gather there and help the little turtles to find their way to the sea. I want to go there once and see this.

      I was thinking that too...
But I'm also a mom and my daughter would love it too. She would probably cry right along with me.

      Lmao okay okay
My ongoing joke when I was single was when anything remotely funny happened "and this is why I can't keep a boyfriend."

Well each one has their own

  • I'd love to do that. What a success story.

  • I did that once in Mexico.
Everyone held a hatched baby turtle and then you put it on the sand and they all crawled/flopped toward the ocean or something lol
It was a lot of fun and really cute.
Took pics of the one I had lol

  • Watched them plenty of times. Luckily 3 hours up the coast from me is Fraser Island so...

It is a lovely sight to see. What happens to many of them in the water is unpleasent and horrible to see.

  • I've seem tons of them in my life. The city I grew up in has laws dealing with outdoor lighting to prevent sea turtles from walking into the street. I wouldn’t go out of my way for it but sea turtles are pretty cool.

  • Yes, just like anupom roy, releasing to the wild in USA. I hope US people take good care of him and keep him there. Scholar and medallist but very shy singer.

Nosirrr. You can't sustain a sea turtle from your home. You must love it and let it go.

That's different. And quite the commitment. Tortoises are known to live a long time.

Still, would love to go see that. I'll have to see when that is.

  • :)! Yes, that be awsome!
