So nice! Where exactly were you when you traveled around the lake? Im familiar with that area ^^
Sorry, I did not see your reply.I started on the flower island of Mainau near Konstanz, went across by ferry to Meersburg, to Friedrichshafen and then to Bregenz in Austria.
Really nice citys!
Yes, I loved the old charm of Meersburg.I took a Rhine cruise from Basel in Switzerland all the way to Amsterdam, going past Kehl (for Strassburg), Koeln, passed by the famous Lorelei, Heidelberg, Koblenz and Duisburg.I thought that Duisburg would be disappointing but it was highly interesting to hear and see about the work in the coal mines. I have great respect for those miners that sacrificed their health for the job they loved so much.
Oh that sounds rlly great I never went to Duisburg but I learned sth new about it thanks ^^
It was really very interesting. If you have the chance, check this outhttps://www.zollverein.de/
Well yeah Germany got some refugees back in 2015. But nothing dramatic or so. We were one of the countries which got a minority of the refugees that came from the other countries. Greece and Italy were the countries most affected on the migration wave. At first Germany was kinda overwhelmed with the amount of refugees coming but it mostly was because we weren't prepared for. But know it settled quite good. Sure there are always people saying we were one of the countries with the most refugees and that they're all bad people and stuff like that. But most people expect them.
Guess people are just scared like geese and don't question the information they are getting handed by government sponsored mass media corporations. The crowd control effect is insane.Control the media. Control the minds.
Oh no it's totally not! You always will discuss it in history class of course and most of the schools will make a day in a year or maybe all two years where you go to a Concentration camp to remember what happened in the past. And sometimes you talk with your grandparents about it. But it's not a daily topic.
Oh i see, that's actually good... I have another thing also hehe... why are German women fit the " strong independent woman " so well haha, or is it like all Germans are kinda like that in general, i like their mindset
*do.. Lol my phone is lagging like crazy
Well it's kind of the generation nowadays that kind of supports that thinking. And also the emancipation of the women isn't as far in Germany as in the USA so more women try to push that now, bc of the amount of opportunities we have nowadays. Did that answer the question? XD
Yes actually, thanks

So first of the southern part. Well it's more known to have an harder education system and have some nice sights like the alps and the lake of constance. I don't really like the city Stuttgart it's really busy but not in a nice way and it's just not really pretty. Heidelberg is an older city but really pretty and mostly there are students from the university. Mostly Germans are rlly open to foreign people but it all depends on where you are, which city and to the person you talk about. East Germany is more known for being a little more racist but I can't rlly say anything to that bc I never was there. The reason why the people told you to delete the video is, that Germans aren't used to be filmed and if they're filmed you should ask them for there permission. Bc it's a law in Germany that you can't take footage of someone you don't know without permission. But not everyone here sees it that strickt. But just keep that in mind.
Hmm okay. I’m mostly interested in cutesy German towns. Maybe Düsseldorf is better I don’t know. Dankeschon
Yeah I felt bad for videotaping them but I never heard spoken German so I thought it was cool. But I understand if they think it’s rude and I deleted it.
@katha0706 what do you think is the most beautiful German town?
Of what I've already been to I'd say Hamburg and Köln! Beautiful citys
Haha well that's not something you can just say bc every women has their own personality XDBut as long as you don't bring nazi jokes into the conversation you'll be fine.
That's good advice, but I found that talking about traveling worked well.
Oh yeah we rlly like to talk about other countries and how's it like. Just talk to us as with every other women from your country XD
Well I mean it's not comfortable of course but I mean I can't influence what my ancestors did in the past so as long as the person I date is rlly nice what not? Sure I would feel bad and maybe would be even more involved in that kind of a supject. But I couldn't do something about it.
Well I guess mostly bc of our background history and if you say as a German, that you're proud to be German some from other countries will call you a narzi or stuff like that. And it's just not so common here. It's more common to say:"We're rlly lucky to live here bc of the good education, health system..."
The first universal health care system in the world, 1890, iirc.
Not gonna lie it's rlly difficult XD Even we as Germans always joke about how difficult it is XD But sure go for it! A lot of people also rlly don't mind if the Grammer is right XD As long as we kinda get what the other person said we're counting it XD
Are they really that racist of a country? Many years ago here in America they showed on HBO TV a documentary about Germany at the soccer matches and the whole entire crowd at the stadium would make gorilla noises and grunts at the black players and many fans actually threw banana peels right at the black players on the opposing team right on the field
No we're not more racist then any other country. And to be honest things like soccer matches can rlly escalate bc of hooligans and stuff like. Of course there are some racist people living there but mostly they aren't. Especially if they younger. In my generation I barely know someone who's racist 🤷♀️
Thank you for your time 🙂
You're welcome! ^^ I would recommend you to watch some abourd videos from people from you're country and see what they say if you want to visit maybe. Then you will get a better view of it
Ok cool I am from the USA
Privat I'm sry
Well that's for the majority true XD
What do you mean?
It's mostly awful.
What Germany? XD If you say so can you give a example or explain why you think so? ^^
