What is the least interesting state (s) you have even been to?

Mine are West Virginia and Indiana. West VA is pretty much a blink and you'll pass through it state. Indiana I was only in for like 30 minutes.

Iowa with not much to look at. But all I really did was drive through, and slept one night in a tent.

The exciting things that happened while I was in Iowa, one was I picked up a turtle on the side of the road I was going to get run over, too I saw a kitten get totally run over by the semi driving in front of me, it was terrible as the kitten did not actually get hit by the tire, but it was swept up by the vacuum and wind of the semi passing over it and totally smashed up.

Three, I was looking for a place to sleep for the night, and I don’t usually pay for a hotel I just came about, so the owner of this restaurant/what I know what it was some kind of store or something, Said I could sleep in his yard next to the restaurant or whatever it was. There was a cute girl who work there and we kind of flirted a bit, I was kind a hoping she would come to my tent at night but that didn’t happen.

So even the least interesting state had at least a few interesting things about it. I hope the turtle found a new home and didn’t get run over.

I've been to 46 of them, only missing N. Dakota, Montana, Alaska and Hawaii. Every state has some interesting things about it. With that said, while West Virginia is a good contender, it does have some interesting historical sites in the eastern part as well as some pretty countryside.

My pick would be Idaho. I flew into Boise on a Friday night and saw a few interesting museums but by Sunday afternoon, I was done and ready to get out of there. Other than Boise, there's not a lot going on.

There is a lot of natural beauty in Idaho, which can't be said for a lot of other states.

@jakerson181 I've been to the ones you haven't, and recommend them all (AK in summer, not winter). As for ID, I lived there 5 years and so I know it a bit better, there are some good spots and so incredibly boring spots as well. Boise is not much to speak of. McCall, Cour'd'Alene, or some of the wilderness would be better places to enjoy.

I don't actually know how many states I've been to, but somewhere around 40 I think. Just missing a couple on the east coast and I don't recall ever being in OK, either.

West Virginia was definitely boring, just passed through though. We were on the highway and there was like a ten year old riding an ATV by himself alongside the road, I never see that shit up north😂 I was pretty bored in Pennsylvania too, but to be fair, I’ve only been to Amish Country, so of course it was boring lmfao

Indiana is boring AF. For me, though, I couldn't get out of Arkansas fast enough. The only things to see there are megachurches and Third World country level poverty.

I loved North Dakota! But it's all in the experiences; I got lucky and was camping next to a couple whose daughter was leaving in the morning and they had three horses and didn't want to leave one behind and also were generous enough to offer to let me ride their third! We did an amazing morning ride up onto the mesa and across it. Totally fantastic!
