I'm ok with those in the process of becoming legal. It's the ones that are here illegally and not even trying to get legal are the ones that need to go
That's very liberal. If they're here illegally then that's a broken law regardless if they have family. They come in here illegally and start a family thinking that's all it takes to stay. Wrong answer. There are laws that clearly state what it takes to become a citizen. But liberals like you think laws only apply when they benefit you.
I'm not a Label dude... Somebody at a bar actually called me a Trump supporter last week to my amazement. Single thoughts don't define anything. I agree that laws should not be broken...(but I'm a hypocrite because I break laws every day) I believe this problem should not have even rose to this height... But because the past US presidents in my lifetime have been way too soft on this shit for way too long... Now the shit finally hits the fan and people protest something that was voted for by the majority... This country is really fucked in the head right now
You're not a hypocrite. The immigration laws are very clear on what is to be done and that's deportation. The laws you break deportation isn't something they can do
They can't deport me for blasting music and driving way too agressively while smoking a joint? whew that's a relief... They would only have to deport me to my hometown 30 minutes away ahahaha... it would still be shitty though lol... but seriously this subject is taboo if you you are living in California... I mean you really have to watch what you say here in public its fuckin ridiculous... Left side can say whatever the fuck they want but if you disagree with ANYTHING those brainwashed sign holding mobs are saying... they want to publicly shame and beat you.
I know what you mean

What part of illegal do you not understand?
The part where it impacts the lives of people who are innocent to start with.
There are laws that spell out how to become a legal citizen but I guess you think you're special and the law doesn't apply to you
They're not innocent they're ILLEGAL aliens
Well there are literally people the law does not apply to like for example children.
They seek in here illegally and start a family thinking that will guarantee they won't be deported. Wrong they're still illegal even if they have kids. They do this instead of the legal way
So what are you saying? Are the children guilty or not?
The children are citizens but the parents aren't. They've done it to themselves. They deserve and by the letter of the law need to be deported
So if a child came alone and grew up here to an adult age. Would you deport him or her?
A child enter illegally? Where are the parents and yes I would deport them because IT'S THE LAW
But the child is not responsible for their actions. ITS THE LAW
The child is also an illegal if they came in with their illegal parents. There are no loopholes. Get over it.
Except its a cornerstone in our modern law that children and mentally ill can't be held accountable for their actions.
Tough, so your answer is let small children or mental patients in but deport their parents or caregivers? There are no loopholes. The laws have been ignored for decades but now we finally have someone in office that is going to enforce the immigration laws. The message is come in legally or don't come here at all. If you're here illegally you will be deported period the way it's meant to be
Well since we have no legal basis to deport children and mentally ill people that does create an issue. This is what I mean with "right way" and "wrong way". The wrong way is to just deport them all because you can't even defend that position even if you wanted to and the right way is trying to solve this question which Trump has not even attempted.
We do have the legal basis. Get over it. You don't remember in Miami many years ago a Cuban boy made it to the USA and had blood relatives in Miami. They were ordered to turn the boy over to INS for deportation and they wouldn't. INS raided. their home and took the boy by force and sent him back to Cuba where his father lived. Any other false claims you want to make?
That is not what I meant. I mean you can't defend it, not that you can't enforce it. There is a difference and again, that is the difference where Republicans and Liberals clash.
I don't want illegals in my country regardless of age because they're illegal
... I doubt anyone except you care what you think. This is a matter of principles.
No it isn't it's about the law. I guess you don't give a fuck about law
Are the ones being deported here illegally yes or no?
I dont really understand your question, perhaps rephrase it?Also its very much about the law, that is why we have judges and lawyers to try justify said laws and therein lies the problem. You can't legally justify deporting children. They simply lack intent and whatnot.
Are the people that are being deported. Are they here illegally yes or no
I dont know. Its a legal term so its a question if it sticks or not. If you are just asking casually then yes they are here illegally but that holds no value.
You keep trying to bend the law that is unbendable. Judges have to abide by the law too. They can't just up and change a law they don't like. It's lawmakers in the house and Senate of the feds and individual states that make the laws and they're the only ones that can change them. This is a black/white issue. If they're here illegally then a judge has no choice but to abide by the law and deport them. Have a nice day
You asked me for a legal definition when I am neither a law student or have any experience in the field. I would also not try to diagnose your sicknesses or design a bridge. Its not my field and trying to claim otherwise is pointless.Your understanding of Judges are fairly shallow. In most societies they are a hierarchical structure meaning the lower courts/judges has to listen to the higher courts decisions however these higher courts have the power to judge laws as well. They can uphold and dismiss laws based on the arguments presented to them.If it got to this higher court then its very possible that you could not defend the position of deporting children and mentally ill because of judgements made in other areas like how you can't convict them for heavy crime.
It's black/white. Do they have visas that aren't expired yes or no? Do they have green cards yes or no? Do they have citizenship yes or no? If the answer is no to all three they're in this country illegally, period. I don't know in your pea sized brain why you keep bringing up children and mentally ill people. Do you really think a 3 year old child is going to cross the Rio Grande without parents? Of course the children will be deported. I take it you're an illegal and if you are bye don't let the door hit you in the ass. We don't want you. There is a right way to come into this country and it is clearly defined. There is also a wrong way. You're all for the wrong illegal way not the right legal way. Wtf is wrong with you?
