Or all celebrities could stop preaching shit to us about what they don't understand like their status makes them prophets of our times
How does protests in Mexico compare to the US?
The police there treat your teeth just like Pepsi does.
I'm sure she made the ad for free
Never said she didn't lol
She is a Kardashian and they all are as dense as a stone! Only they know is how to spread their legs open.
@katiesmuff That's really rude and mean and unnecessary. I'm not a fan of them either, but you sound like you're jealous lol
Actually she does have a point, honestly promoting your daughter's career by releasing a sex tape is messed up in my book.
I'm sorry, I think the whole family is a bunch of media seeking pigs and a good portion of what you see of them would certainly make that a valid point.
The kardashians don't know what it's like at all to be like lower class citizens. All they do is complain about their first world problems. Bruce Jenner is especially part of it because he has to spend thousands of dollars on publicity and plastic surgery before telling people that they can come out too
Never thought I'd agree with a liberal but yeah.
I agree there's definitely something off like imagine your mom promoting your career by releasing a porn movie. How many media executives and producers did the Kardashian girl have to bang before they became famous.
Thats all they did , and that all they are doing.
Liberals have this racist White saviour complex. You see it in movies all the time, usually a liberal White female teacher like Dangerous minds, freedom writers or blindside

It's to do with the mainstream media's white saviour complex and the Pepsi corporation cashing in on racial tension in America. Next they would be sponsoring riots.
It would make more sense if a police officer gave a Pepsi to a violent protester.
Yes, I agree. That would actually make the commercial much more palatable.Funny how marketers missed the spot so badly. They usually have focus groups to show the commercial to get a measure of the reaction, or at least go through multiple levels of assessment.
"caitlyn" is a man with a cock.
C'mon it's disrespectful to minorities and to other average americans by basically saying only a privledged liberal white celebrity with a can of Pepsi can make America a better place and end racial tension. Hollywood still has that white saviour complex, it's why minority feminists don't associate with white feminists.
Maybe cos in my country we barely even know the kardashians but the advert doesn't even make sense to me. And who gives a fuck if caitlyn has a penis. Just ignore it if you don't like it.
I can't ignore racism
I didn't say ignore racism, i said ignore the other thing. Use reading comprehension. And yes racism is very bad, but it's an advertisement. The entire purpose is to get people talking about their product. It's a bit distasteful when interpreted that way yes. But talking about it just gives them more sales and product awareness because of the discussion.
Maybe you should get a job so you don't have time to worry about nonsense that doesn't matter
You just want to bang her since the Kardashian show first aired, you white knight for her and put her pussy on a pedestal.
I would like that, but because she's young and hot, not because of some stupid show on a family that is famous for doing nothing.
So you let her off the hook because she has a vagina
No, I'm just saying she had absolutely nothing to do with the content of the ad. It wasn't doing Shakespeare; more than likely she showed up for the shoot and said what do you want me to do. People are acting like it was some let-them-eat-cake moment that mocked political activism.
Unless she wasn't there how could she be oblivious to the content of the ad.
She was playing a part. You can't actually see the ad (and thus get the context) until it is done.
Mmmhhhhmm. I'm sure she read the script
Which read, "walk up to cop and hand him a pepsi"
To calm the policeman down
By pointing out celebrities with a White Saviour complex?
Yes. Better to just ignore them.
Like a rich privledged liberal white woman rushing to save minorities it's like every Hollywood movie ever.
Both are diabetes, cancer and obesity all in a can.
I agree can't trust anything nowadays.
all foods are dangerous.. all foods have a little bit of radiation in them, the amount is so small that it's not really affecting, but, saying "pop" is "dangerous" is like saying "isis isn't dangerous"
It portrayed a "fun" protest, Kendal took off a blond wig and threw it at a black woman, Kendal gave a cop a Pepsi and everyone started dancing and laughing or whatever to represent peace. With all that, it essentially was making light of BLM and protests about police killing people and turning it into something lighthearted and completely disregarding the cause of such protests. It basically disregarded actual issues that minorities face that endanger their lives for a stupid advertising ploy.
