I'm not going to complain as we are very blessed, despite several losses of friends and acquaintances. 2019 will bring a return shortly to our previous church after current church started "going a bit rogue".
I guess one of my challenges is I try to mind my own business and some people don't allow me to do that! they keep getting in my face and forcing me to express my viewpoints when I just want to avoid controversy - so I can understand you saying you feel your church is too wild
They are getting too superficial, trying to be "friends to all". While certainly a nice goal (to show God's love to all), still are losing the depth of learning of previous church and seem only focused on building more building additions, hiring more personnel (questionable if needed), increasing their numbers. Going quantity rather than quality route. Prior church has their budget hung on the wall. Current one is hiding the books even more and more. Just not a good vibe for a responsible church.
