Just wondering, who was it who got permission for the white man to land and get visas for america again? I think the paperwork went missing...

Even if they are an illegal alien?
Otherwise known as criminals... for entering the country illegally.
@Celtero thats fine and thanks for the pathetic downvote but can you tell me how refugees either from war or poverty can enter legally? as far as i understand it they can't claim refugee states until they have entered. im not here to defend them, just pointing out facts so feel free to keep this as a civil discussion rather than two against one rhetoric
What about the majority that do enter illegally?
They can file for asylum at a port of entry I believe. But nope, they come in illegally, then once they're caught they try to claim asylum as an excuse. As far as I know Mexico isn't in any wars... so I hardly understand why that's valid in the first place.
they all enter illegally.. they can't apply for a right to stay until they are already there but as stated the term is undocumented migrants. simple question and thats the simple answer. you can all downvote as much as you like but it says more about you than it does me. perhaps you all need to read thiswww.girlsaskguys.com/.../community-guidelines.html
@Celtero mexicans claim economic asylum as far as i know but most crossing the border aren't mexican anymore... many even come from africa and use the mexican border to get in because trump still hasn't built the wall to stop them
Nah, there's plenty of ways to be legal, even without being a citizen.
@Celtero so you can claim asylum in the states without actually being in the states? i know the asylum seekers coming to the uk have to take to boats to cross the channel rather than apply for British asylum while till in france so please tell me if your system is different because thats not how its reported over here
Well... if you flew to the US would you be considered an illegal immigrant?
@Celtero if i didn't have a visa i wouldn't be allowed in at the airport... thats like a virtual 'wall' isn't it?
Is it that hard to get a visa?
@Celtero for many groups yes it is... i mean i get one easy being a brit but we are talking about refugees and economic migrants here which tend to be poor, unable to apply for a visa or even worse... muslim
The visas are like... under $200. I'm going to bed, so here's my final thought.I don't mind helping these people, but I don't want to help them by bringing mexico into the US. I'd rather aid mexico so it can become a better country itself. Otherwise mexico will continue to fester, and as a result drugs and crime will continue to make its way north. Some places aren't liveable if you don't speak Spanish, and this will only get worse.
@Celtero many haven't got 200 bucks or are refused a visa anyway but i do appreciate your thinking on the situation and its good you actually had something contructive to offer beyond the asker himself who seems to rely soley on rhetoric and vitriol. to that end it was nice talking to you and i wish you a good night
So @wankiam you’re actually defending NY politicians about this law?
see the problem is i had a great conversation with the other guy but as always you ignore every point i ever make and throw some silly comment like that in the mix that gets no one any further towards understanding
I don't think reptocarl had any vitriol, he was just expressing disappointment in NY lawmakers. And it is obscene... almost as bad as Sanfran trying to rebrand felons as "justice involved peoples." It's a sort of psych-ops designed to normalize such things.
