Also, indoor air quality tends to be worse than then air outside. Fresh air is healthy and more scarce during these winter months.

RESPONSE TO UPDATE:I agree. In fact, I think it is a very good ad and the best Peleton ad that I have ever seen.
I don't like how people make fun of her because she is skinny. I am skinny and I like to work out. What is wrong with that?
Nothing is wrong with it.The complaining happens due to hypersensitive women who view the world solely from their perspective. I am not saying they are egotistical or narcissistic, but simply as "Us vs. Them".This is Peloton's perspective and that of rational people:It's a commercial about a reluctant PERSON (*) who gets a Peloton machine and records their improvement over the year. Peloton's message intent: Buy a Peloton, get healthy, and feel better about yourself.(OMG, this is on Steven Colbert right now as I type.)What the hypersensitive women are seeing is "MAN gets a Peloton for his WIFE so SHE will look better for HIM. This is sexist!"(*) Of course, Peloton could have made this commercial with sex reversal with the wife buying a Peloton for her husband. Well, if the current commercial is sexist, then the reversed sex commercial would be equally sexist... but the hypersensitive women wouldn't complain at all about that.BESIDES, Peloton had to use SOMEONE of SOME SEX to make the commercial. They had to choose a man or a woman. ...I am a liberal and appreciate liberal objectives, but they are becoming just as overreactionary and stupid as Trumpsters.
Yeah it was def awkward sappy and silly
She already was in shape tho. If she was a fatty then ok maybe but she wasn't. I need exercise for mental health as much as physical
