Just 40kg? Now you know can lift more than that sir :)Also, that workout? Woot, not bad!
@Cynicaldreamer Maybe 50kg on a good day :)
Wow, you can lift 30 lbs dumbbells? I have a hard time lifting a 12-15 lbs 😅. 20 is the highest for me.
@FictionalCharacter Yes ma'am! I can actually squat up to 40-50 pounds, but I'm not spending that much on dumbbells right now, lol. I mostly use 30s for presses. My medium weights (15-20s) I use for bicep and hammer curls, and chest work :)
It’s all about slowly building yourself up I usually stick with one weight for about 2 weeks and then gradually add more while keeping my same sets , if I can’t complete the sets I drop back down to where I left off until I can work my way to lifting that heavier weight , muscles are one of those things that take consistent work. But feels amazing when you reach your goals
Aww, these weights are so cute :)
@Levin Why thank you sir! I'd show you my muscles but I don't want to scare you off~
Don’t sweat it , losing the belly is a whole other spectrum , , you have to basically cut out all good shit lol. I still work my mid section but it’s something I i just accepted in my life cuz I like beer and I like pizza for me to lose my belly I would have to cut that out and during these times I really don’t give a shit lol And honestly I think girls that have a little belly is cute so I hope girls feel that way about mine as well lol

Awesome thanks bro
if you have a bike i suggest you gey out and about too though obviously away from others... its just it might give you your motivation back when you aren't faced with the same four walls as you bench press or whatever
I am still working out just not as much as I was before this virus shit started not giving up just slacking a little more , I bought tons of good brew that has been getting my attention more lol
yeah i wonder of alcohol will be the next thing to sell out in stores lol i must rush out to bulk buy vodka ;)
Yes it is , people been stocking up big time lol
whats interesting here in the uk where i live at least, supermarkets are emptying rapidly but smaller stores seem more or less fine as far as stock goes... odly though we are now seeing fuel stations running dry which makes no sense as no one really needs to drive anywhere and all commercail traffic across Europe is still allowed through ''closed'' borders
You sound like me I mainly work out at home and have my own equipment , but the gym is nice as well cuz there is more to choose from and plus eye candy lol
Eye candy is a plus... but nothing beats having a pulley machine, bench, squat rack, dip/pullup/captain chair and all the peices to myself complete with surround sound and the music of my choice all to myself. The eye candy or simply being the eye candy was a loss... but for me that went out the window when I ended up married with kids I can't leave the house because of, and settling into a at home lifestyle. There was negatives to the gym that started my collection and preference to home bodybuilding... and to be completely honest I think I've replaced the eye candy with porn on a large screen. I can let the kids sleep, and I can lift, watch random chicks on chaturbate in between sets, and all to a soundtrack of Metallica. ... it's a great 60 to 90 minutes of my day.
