How do you promote mental strength
Exercise in the morning and again in the afternoon or at night. Eat healthy meals. Get at least 8 hours of sleep. Drink more water than other liquids.You can play brain games online. Learn a new hobby by reading about it and trying it out. Talk to people in person or online about different subjects and explore conversations. Pick a series of books and read them.
