Are those kind of virus dangerous to human life, no our immune system can fight it but bat food, insects they are carrier of virus designed to kill them and for god sake their immune system are better than us.What's a normal flue to a bat is our carona virus with no vaccine.
Everything we eat can have unknow bactira, viruses, pathgons. And they can be deadly. Aka why we wash stuff. And some stuff ain't cleaned propley due to lazyiness, or it only killed 98% of it so that 2% still could spread when in your systerm but are immue systerms tends to not be bothered by that 2%.Animals have more cells for the virus to host itself too so they are more of risk but i asure you this is very minor change. Not to the point where we would notice.Ps no animals has a stronger immue systerm than humans and humans have the most complex immue systerm. The point is if you think becoming vegan or stop eating meat would stop you getting a life threating virus that is wrong. And cornovirus has and only has killed people with underlying health problems, such as cancer, heart problems, exterm asthma and old people. And even then it only has a 9% chance to will these people. So a normal healthy person under 60 ain't gonna die from conro. So you don't need to worry about it been life threating. And we have never found cures to millions of viruses but none ever spread that much or when they do they have very little effect on the majoirty of people. Just live your life eating meat or not won't effect anything in this really. And the most deaths from virus we have ever year are always STDs so think about that, the deaths from STDs is always on the rise and cause most deaths due to viruses. But do they effect your life or most people you talk to no not really and this is the number 1 thing that kills people that are viruses. We have no cure for most and we do nothing about ir and more people die from this. And if soicity is doing just fine with all these deaths from stds, small little fluus that will kill no where near as close ain't a problem.
Can you share your experience, was it good?
It has been very successful. I first had doubts but as I became more comfortable with the idea of no cheese, no eggs, etc... I changed. My body changed and my my changed. I taste food differently now and I have learned to better appreciate my food.
That's NOT this issue here!

You and I both know they won't research that, and if so, the results will be distorted. Also, according to the China Study, the real benefits could potentially be from eating mostly vegan. Vegetarians who still eat a lot of animal products might not get the full health benefits. It's probably cheese, that is particularly unhealthy. But again, it likely depends on how much you're eating.
Health benefits that is, obviously not talking about Corona virus.
@Levin do we both know that... i personally think data will speak for itself and i wasn't so much thinking about vegan or veggie diets as much as those that are clean... so maybe in countries that have a better general diet with less chemical additives we could see quicker recovery... or not ofcourse
Yes, data always speaks for itself, but this question is more about the consciousness and addressing the emotion whether you can kill someone to eat. Saarc, h1n5, carona and many other dangerous virus originated from 🇨🇳 and maarc originated from middle east. One thing was common meat of animals.I see karma hitting.
thats fine but keep some perspective... what about all the cancers linked to hormone filled meats produced in the west or chlorine bleached chicken and then ofcourse there was the 500 years of tuberculosis and more recent bse... nothing to do with the east at all
Everybody bitches about how China was irresponsible while munching on a factory farmed portion of a corpse.
We should hold china and its government responsible as they could have stopped the virus from spreading instead they sushed the whstle blower doctor who warned everyone about this.
@asker... yeah if you want to waste time playing the blame game and relying on hindsight instead of addressing your own countries problems, go ahead but i dont know who you think you are helping... as for china hiding the virus or having a go at the whistle blower do you really imagine it would have been any different anywhere else... in america for example all whistleblowers that have told of the public health risks involved in adding flouride (ironically a chemical waste product bought in from china) to your drinking water have been silenced for around 50 years and as for attacking those that speak out goes, i see assange is still banged up and manning only just got released
What about people surving u that food. They are carrier of that virus. Have you seen the movie contagion?
Yes and burn them may seem inmoral but hey what’s thousands of life’s vs billions
That's what we are doing right? Social distancing, Quentin, staying home.
What I mean is some things just need to be regulated better like sanitation and hygiene standards globally. I wouldn't be opposed to phasing out the meat industry as if definitely would lead to some health benefits, but the opposition would. be extreme.
Have u seen the movie contagion? The virus spread not because of eating but because of contaminated hands. Moreover, the food that wuhang offered, is dangerous and some virus can mutate easily.
No I didn’t
It wasn't a lack of cooking that allowed this to happen.
@Ad_Quid_Orator Yes in coronavirus it was not about cooking. But eating raw is another way to get virus
A lack of cooking isn't why we have the coronavirus problem.
He is talking about how it first spread which is due to someone undercooking a bat and getting the virus from it. And he is basically saying if someone didn't eat that bat no virus would of happend. Which it still could of. But that's his point.
@Kaneki05 that's also not how that works. viruses evolve to infect certain species. there are swine flus and bird flus for example that sweep the planet all the time. ask your lokal farmer. they don't infect humans. it is only due to mutation that this happens. and that can really happen at any time at any place. china just got unlucky.right now there is a lot of bullshit and missinformation floating through the media and i understand that it is not easy to separate.
? But when we eat something undercooked we become ill. Which i am pretty sure that shows what we can eat can bring in viruses and pathgons.
Just looked it up. It say's they can spread through, touch, saliva, coughing, sneezing, sex, contaminated food and water, insects.I am pretty the bat that guy eat was a contaminated bat.
Basically it say's which i already knew. When a virus enters a new host it can change due to your dna and mutate. Which would mean when a person eats a bat with a virus it would enter them then mutate which means it did come from the bat. Yes it would have mutate first but it still came from the bat. And wasn't killed while been cooked at high tempture.
@Kaneki05 who doesn't strain a bat after boiling it?
@Sevenpointfive dude certain things will give us salmonella when we undercook it. not corona. don't bunch up every germ, virus, bacteria and fungus in just one category xD
No i get there not all the same. But when something enters you it is in you. So if you eat something with a virus that virus will be in you. And then it mutates inside of you.
@Kaneki05 well then read what i said about how viruses don't just infect humans. there has to be a certain mutation. we can never be save from viruses. we can only limit the impact they have on us. that's live.
@Kaneki05 because contact is bound to happen. no matter how.
60 °C and 65 °C
But careless practices in animal agriculture allowed the disease to arise in the first place.
@Ad_Quid_Orator what "careless practices"? this can happen litterally everywhere livestock is in any way worked with.
exactly. i haven't heard of bat farmers but i'm sure they're out there
It CAN but where they're crammed in close quarters and antibiotics are overused it's much more LIKELY that we get a virulent antibiotic resistant bacterial pathogens coming out of it.
@Ad_Quid_Orator honestly anything with fluid i wouldn't touch unless it's water. no amniotic sacs here
High five ✋
Me too, do you consider egg a vegitarin food?
