Yep you are right, summer in northern hemisphere will slow the virus (viruses are less effective with higher temperatures). But if we do not manage to stop it completely, then an other pandemic might start in the fall, and will probably last until next summer. After that a vaccine will probably be available (hopefully before, but realistically not before one year from now)

Hopefully you’re right! Finally I heard something optimistic today
An economy cannot last without production.
@Apope16 When you have a government that can literally print money, it can (FYI, I fucking hate the gov's debt). But your point is well taken. We all need to get back to work.
No it can't. What will happen is the so called printed money will be used to pay bills and pay off debt. That does nothing to expand an economy that has shrunk by 30% which will cost millions of jobs. Eventually with the Fed cutting interest rates to 0% you have what Nobel Prize WInning Economist Paul Krugman described as a "liquidity trap". You see our economy is like a heroin addict. You need to have symptoms of withdrawal in order for the heroine of printed money to work. If not.. you need a bigger hit to have an impact. Well... when you have interest rates at zero nothing happens. It has no impact. The economy doesn't get stimulated. The only way you can expand an economy is to have production while at the same time giving money to people so that they can spend it in a full market economy. Bottom up economics. Printing money will do nothing but drive up the debt, reduce the credit rating, and put our nation at such a vulnerable spot that our enemies will try to box us in and make us more vulnerable. We lose our global strength and that leads to war for things like oil or resources.
