Is anyone surprised that the right is trying to falsely accuse the left of hypocrisy amidst the storming of the capital building?

Why should I be surprised? I knew they'd go "oh well, anTIfA" shut up, what happened was unacceptable and has no place in this country. I get it, we're not happy about how we've been ostracized, ignored, and had violence justified and encouraged against us for the past 4 years but violence only makes the divide exponentially worse and ultimately accomplishes nothing at all. The way to fix this is to hold our politicians who refuse to do their jobs accountable, vote, call your representatives, and talk to people you disagree with. Trying to smash your way in to do God knows what to our representatives is an act of domestic terrorism and those who acted criminally are to be treated as such and held criminally accountable.

Their whole ideology is based on lies and conspiracy theories. Of course they're gonna lie and spread conspiracy theories. We need to start figuring out what to do with these people. They're highly dangerous and currently the biggest domestic threat.
