The precedent in Marsh vs Alabama would apply to internet servers, not websites which is why we have net neutrality.
net neutrality just says companies can't throttle you based on how much bandwith you use, it has nothing to do with this topicmarsh v alabama says private companies who control this systems of rights we use are subject to the constitutionneither of which has anything to do with my desire to MAKE an internet bill of rights
twitter sure seems like the government to me
@007kingifrit Twitter is a freaking social media planform not the government lol
yup, and social media companies are too big, acting like governments
What do you think should be done about it (if anything)?
Nothing should be done.
Not even refusal to use the website or boycotting companies that give them add revenue?
If you want to stop using twitter, go ahead. I stopped a long time ago. It’s a cesspool.
