There's this white guy who lives a few streets down from me. We met when I took my little sister to the park and he was smoking or whatever with his friends. He was too shy to approach me, so he sent one of his friends. We've started texting and he's one of those... I can't explain it. He's not a loner, but he's one of those wear a hoodie all day and talk to no one but his small group of friends, types lol. He told me about himself or whatever and his family didn't grow up with much money, he goes to the park with his friends and smokes to "take a break from life" stuff like that. I really liked him. We started hanging out in person and he just started acting like a WIGGER. Just plain RATCHET 😂 He started pretending that he liked rap music when I know he listens to that techno stuff, he started using "black" slang words, basically trying to act like the stereotypical black person. I asked him why he is all of a sudden acting like this and he says because he wants me to like him. I have no idea why he thinks this would make me like him when I'm nothing like the stereotype. I don't speak in Ebonics, listen to trap music and smoke weed all day, but I definitely do NOT speak in a valley girl accent, hang around white people or chase white guys around all day either 😂 I'm just normal. I don't know how to feel about this 😂

There's this person at work. She's not my supervisor, but she is my superior. She's very knowledgeable about the job, but I find her to be unsettling. She has her clique of employees that she hangs out with in and out of work. I have overheard her badmouthing other employees with the group of employees. She gossips a lot when she's at work, actually. She is generally loud when she speaks and laughs. Everyone uses slang, but there are some words she says at work that bother me (mines [like "that's mines"], bruh, thot, etc.).

Am I wrong for thinking she's unprofessional? If I didn't get paid so well, I'd probably have left earlier because I think it's important to distinguish yourself in the role that you're in.
