The two of us grew up together as neighbors and used to spend time together all the time. We used to both have a thing for each other but our parents werent okay with us spending so much time together once we were both in high school since im two years older than her so nothing really happened between us. Nothing really happened between us partially because i never made a move even though i really cared about her, and partially because dating just wasn't something my parents would allow. She ended up getting in a relationship during the middle of my senior year with a friend of hers in her grade and I was really conflicted at the time because it made me sad that I couldn't be anything more with her yet I was really happy that she finally had someone who could make her feel loved, cared about, and happy.
