So I met this girl who we'll call "L" on a recent trip I made with family and friends. We went on a hike and I was hiking by myself with others ahead and behidn me by about 15 paces. Then, out of the blue, this girl catches up to me and initiates a conversation by asking why I'm wearing flip-flops, whether I like my home city or the city we are in more etc. Long story short I ended up gettimg her Instagram without having to ask her. I ended up sending a DM to which she replied with a lengthy answer and a winking emoji with its tongue out. She always always uses two exclamation marks in 90% of the texts she sends me accompanied by lengthy, detailed answers with smiley faces and sometimes the winky faces I mentioned above. I just note that sometimes she takes 1-2 hrs to reply but she always replies appropriately. Yesterday, we texted back and forth until she sent a text at almost 11 PM to which I was surprised because she had said she was going to bed a few days before at 10:30PM in a very polite and kind text. I suspected she had texted me and gone off to sleep. Note that even in this late text she kept the conversation alive by asking me questions, etc. I was delightfully surprised the next day when I received a reply with a smiley face and exclamation marks too at 7AM!! I was super surprised because no I know texts this early, especially when they aren't working during the summer. Would you (especially girls) say she is interested/likes me or not? Should I get her number to text her or even call her? Is calling better than texting her early on in this relationship?
