Every time when I first started working at a restaurant they had me as a dish washer, they had me for only two days, I felt like they should of given me at least a week or two of training before they decided if they want to keep me around. I worked at three restaurants.

Am I right or am I wrong? Restaurant owners should put themselves in other people's shoes if you're a beginner.

Public schools in poor neighborhoods receive less money per student than those in affluent neighborhoods because the residents pay less in taxes. This means that people who were born in these areas (by no fault of their own) have access to less educational resources than those in higher income areas. So do you think that all schools in the country should get the same amount of money per student no matter where they are to give more equal access to opportunity?

My Female boss is the Program Manager at a nonprofit. She is heavily rumored to be in a romantic relationship with a Male Assistant Manager. I am a Client Manager and I report directly to the Program Manager. However, the Assistant Manager is the Supervisor of staff who work with me regarding client issues in the daycare and goal metrics in the program.

I was the replacement for the Assistant Manager. In other words, before the Assistant Manager was promoted, he held my position. Since taking over the position, I recently received a Safety Award at work for actions when a client had a seizure. The client has had weekly episodes of peeing in his pants. The mother of the client refuses to take the client to a doctor, she says that as punishment the client should come home in his own urine, and now is blaming me for conspiring to prevent the client from going to the bathroom. None of this is true. The A. M. has also pulled me aside privately and said that the way I handled certain issues has been lucky because if I had done it differently I could have been fired.

I have also excelled as a Case Manager where the Assistant Manager did not since taking over by being more progressive in addressing health concerns rather than ignoring them.

In an office discussion privately with the Program Manager and the Assistant Manager (AM) I explained the clients mother was talking to our legal department. The A. M. then responded by asking if I had all my notes in order. I said I had but he had asked this in a way that implied I didn't know my job. The P. M. had him apologize to me saying he was "out of line". Then later that day, the A. M. made a program calendar for the month listing all other Client Managers as contacts EXCEPT for me. This had not happened in previous calendars made.

Because the P. M. and the A. M. are so close and sleeping together, I fear that both of them are now plotting against me for some reason. Am I overreacting here?

Even if it's for something weird, what was it? I'm currently popular for being the sleepy guy with the funny sneeze who barely cares about anything lmao
