Or would i be too tired for college, and then fail college?

I live in england.
So im at college 3 days a week, but the days are quite short.

BUT, I'd like to have a car and be able to afford things.

So if i kept my job at a bar,
but was also a stripper at night time (in order to afford everything!)
{HOWEVER, i would have to stop my parents from finding out, somehow, so that would be tricky.}

Strip clubs close between 2am & 4am,
and if i have college the next day at 10am, i probably wouldn't get much sleep, but I'd still be able to focus, and manage it.

We have a lot of dumb presidents/prime ministers. Should you have to go to college/University for a specific qualification in knowing how to lead a country? This would wipe out all the running dumb ones.

With required subjects such as history, business, and other knowledgeable subjects that our current presidents seem to be lacking (yet oddly enough should be important in running your damn country & managing connections with other countries)?

After all, most high status jobs require University/College qualifications, so why shouldn't leading a whole country?

And is it worth the money? 🤔

If you all did not review my post from yesterday, I’ll give a brief recap. I don’t want to bombard the forum but I’m upset. I had a one on one training with my boss yesterday, we usually have one every other week and did not have one for a whole month. I told her my concerns about feeling like I lack knowledge compared to the other advisors and get corrected more. She told me that I should not jump to that conclusion and assume because it’s only going to make me feel worse.

Well this is where I have my instinct in tact. We have a new advisor starting for the military students. Today is his 2nd day and he will be shadowing the other advisors. The other advisor that started the same time as me trained him today. My boss never told me anything about having him shadow me. If I was good at what I did, they would feel comfortable with having me train him.

This is why I want to find something new, I don’t know how to approach this to my boss. Clearly, my gut is right and I’m not where I should be.

I have a hard time remembering. Sometimes I forget and it embarrassing. .

Today, I had a one on one session with my boss. We usually have one every other week and we had to postpone after a month of not having one. She asked me questions like how I’m liking the job, what I like about my title and if I want training on anything/ feel unsure.

Brief recap, I have been an academic advisor at a college for 6 months. I’m new to higher education (this is my first real job). I started with someone else who was also a recent a college grad, older woman but was in real estate for years.

I told her that any time that I feel confident in a process, I end up needing clarification sometimes and may be unsure of what I’m doing. I also told her that I notice I tend to get corrected more/ ask more questions compared to the others.

She said that I may not be aware of what she and other advisors discuss AND I shouldn’t jump to the conclusion that they don’t get corrected. As in, I don’t hear when she addresses them to provide clarification. And jumping to these conclusions will cause me to second guess myself, which is exactly what I’ve been doing since I started.

She is one of my favorite bosses I’ve had and is approachable, I couldn’t ever approach another boss like this. I still don’t believe her, I feel like she’d keep me around even if I sucked. I don’t want her to think I’m crazy because I clearly lack confidence (I’ve spoken to her about my concerns before).

Am I overreacting?
