I need a new job bad. I have applied to like 12 new jobs and the one i have heard back from has a terrible reputation. It has mostly 75% negative reviews and employees telling people to run from this place. It is in the field i am trying to get into. but my fear is that after months getting set up I will be miserable. Then I will feel stuck in a miserable job situation. I have about 2 months to find something.

it feels like a bad idea passing up this in fear i won't find anything else. but at the same time, i just left a situation i was not happy in. This job has a huge chance to end up that way too. I really am trying to figure out what to do. The recruiter left me a message and expects a call back by tomorrow so i dont have much time to think this out.

I want your vote and your thoughts. I've been working for a company for about 7 months and im considering to leave and get another position somewhere else. I work for an office that has 5 bosses, a head boss and each boss has an assistant. I work for one boss and he micromanages everything. On top of that, he doesn’t communicate well at all and im always asking him how he's doing and there's nothing there to the point where im suggesting tasks to do. At the start, he told me would teach me this or that and after all this time, its becoming a talk the talk and not a walk the walk. Its sad because all the other bosses are great, they communicate and I always go to them for help. It would be great to work for another bos s but that’s unprofessional and im not touching those waters. All in all, im considering to look for another job while I have this one and make a change. On the personal side of things, I've become more dead inside and negati ve because of this job. Im asking you guys to vote and based on what I said, what do you think?
