I have this boyfriend who lives in another city. Due to Covid and schedules, we have been mainly keeping touch through whatsapp and whatever else. It's his birthday in a few weeks so I was planning to send a box of goodies. But lately we been fighting more and more (maybe my fault somewhat) he ends up hanging up on me and or blocking me until I cool down.

I sent him a dirty message and messages which normally he would not reply to but a half hour later after I had mentioned I was giving away his box of goodies, he suddenly comes back to me to talk and is nice. Now we are in another fight and he is not speaking to me. Did he come back for the gift the other night? And again will he until I send it or what?

My boyfriend and I are in LDR. We were happy and sweet before. But lately we argued a lot. Sometimes it made me want to break up with him.

For example, He didn’t talk to me in between the day and just messaged me only two times a day for a week because he was playing video games with his friend.

He said terrible things to me like “ I’m gonna dump you if you won’t let me fuck enough.” and like “you’re boring”

Recently he promised me to send me a birthday gift since April. Now September, he hasn’t even shipped the present yet. He said he’s been busy. But he went to the amusement park, the zoo and went on mini trip on weekend. And he was on vacation for 2 weeks. And he just went to the amusement park again!

It made me feel like I’m not that important. If I am, he would have sent the present sooner and wouldn’t have made me wait for 5 months.

I haven’t talked to him for a while now. He’s asking me for forgiveness. But I really hesitate. I don’t know if he’s gonna treat the same or not. But I need a caring boyfriend.

What should I do?

My boyfriend of 3 years lives in another state from me. For now because of Covid, We are playing it safe until maybe next year when things could be better for us to be together. I sent out a beautiful basket flowers to his aunt who lives with him and his family. I have never sent flowers before on my own and had to order them on the phone to be sent. The occasion was her birthday which is coming up in a week. Instead of thanking me and being gracious for this, My boyfriend was kind of rude and of course, He doesn't like birthdays. He doesn't hesitate to take packages from me though when I send them out. Just found his attitude crappy. He has an ex-girlfriend who sends cards still and it is always okay for her to do this. He never bitched when I do send little gifts to his aunt when I send him packages. Why was this do you guys think?
