There's this guy who has shown signs of being interested in me for quite some time. Like sitting very near me, on a regular basis and I've caught him looking at me before when he didn't think I was looking. He always seems a bit nervous around me, unlike around other women. But I'm in a long term relationship, and he seems popular with women in general.

We haven't talked much but are in a similar social circle, but the other night he had some drinks and he was like glue by my side the whole party. He left his friends to sit next to me, kept touching me (like laughing with his head and hands touching my shoulder) making me laugh, using my name all the time and showing off in front of me.

Since then I've not seen or heard from him online, or seen him in person! I get that maybe he was embarrassed because he was so friendly with me, but why the radio silence? Does he care too much but I'm already in a relationship, or does he not care enough?

He invites me out to things or over all the time. In fact I may be the first person he actually invites. But I frequently am not the only person and he generally has other people around (if they aren't he has to give me several excuses as to why it's only us and why I may be better to have around anyway). For the record I don't care either way. He also takes me around all his friends and family, but doesn't really invite any other girls with us.
Around people he generally prefers to sit next to me, and he sits with his knee touching me, frequently has his arm on me (like smooshed up against me, never around me), and often lays his head on my shoulder recently (but only for a moment, like when someone makes a joke at his expense or a bad play happens in the game). But if it's just us, he will keep a lot of space and never gets close enough for either of us to make a move.
When he finds something he thinks I will like or will interest me, he blows up my phone. However on most days its radio silence from him (even if I'm sick he doesn't check up on me). I do ask him for help on some things and he never tries to actually help me.
He also tries to act like he knows me, better than all my other friends. Yet while he can recall all my favorite things, he never pays attention to anything I say and it's so annoying.
I have tried to get him alone, let him know of things that interest me, touch him in ways that communicate my interest, yet he never makes a move. The most I get is a random high five as a goodbye.
If I mention another guy in my life, or even just a celebrity he gets super defensive, jealous and pouts. But I've given him two years to make a move and I can't wait around forever.
