Which gender is more likely to dump you for about anything petty or is being too strict?

Personally, I would say guys. Too many questions were seen about girls stuck with cheaters (ex: ''My boyfriend cheated 3 times, do I forgive him''?) or abusers. Meanwhile, guys would probably already dump for way much less than what those girls are putting up with, for instance a girlfriend showing slight jealousy or saying something mean during an argument.

Say you were in a relationship and your SO cheated on you. Would you forgive them? And if instead of finding out yourself, she/he admitted it to you, would that make a difference? To me, no. I can't ever forgive cheating. That's a no no to me.

Even if they apologized, would you take that apology seriously? Even if he/she were begging on their knees begging for you to forgive them for their mistakes, would you feel bad and forgive them? Would you ever forgive the person that broke your trust? If not, is there any way that they could regain your trust, or is it broken forever?
