In the occasion where no one knows who I like (with the exception of my close friends), but my crush's friends tease the two of us then what would it mean? Plus the fact that I always bump into my crush and his 'gang' as well as his reactions towards me (very happy to see me, says hi everyday, calls my name a lot, enjoys being by my side and sometimes has his body facing me). His friends once called me his girlfriend and will become silent even when I talk to only one person amongst them. One of his friends saw me at KFC once and kept looking at me and did it again after morning assembly but quickly turned away when I looked at him. Even after ending our friendship, he makes eye contact with me at times and last Thursday when our break is the same, he and his friends waited until my friends and I have finished eating before proceeding to leave and walk slowly behind us despite the fact that we both ignore each other now. They sat at the table behind us and just played with their empty plastic bottles while waiting when they could have already left. He tried to go near me once and he was so happy to see me but I frowned when I saw him which made our situation a lot worse then.

So there's this guy that I am kind of into. The first part of the problem about liking him is that a lot of people kinda think he's weird and kind of find it surprising that I even like him and ask me why. It's only a crush but I still think I want to see where it could possibly go.

The second part is that we're both in a mutual friend group of a club at my college and we all hang out together and sleepover at our friend's house all the time. If I were to make a move and he didn't reciprocate, or was revolted for whatever reason, then I feel like it would make it awkward for all of our friends as well.

The third part is that he called another girl in our friend group beautiful to her privately, but I know she doesn't like him that way at all, so she's fine with me kind of liking him. The only thing is that makes me jealous that he seems to be into her. But on the other hand, he is rather sweet to me like opening the car door and reassuring me when I'm insecure and such, and I haven't seen him do that to our friend, but then again, I could have just not seen it.

So you know the story pretty much entirely... It's almost the end of the school year so I thought I'd give him a kiss on the cheek randomly when he's alone, but I'm just afraid of his reaction... I don't want it to be like I kiss him and then he goes and tells everyone and the whole thing just becomes awkward. But then again, it could turn out to be great.

**Note: I've thought about waiting for him to make a move first, but he's very shy and I know he wouldn't make a move first like asking me out or whatever.
