I have been applying for years at Clothing stores/Places in the Mall, Gaming stores and ext. yet I have Never gotten a job and rarely an interview. Allot of the places I know all about the product and everything. Yet even when they say there are no Openings or jobs I see new female workers get hired all the time. Some who have NO clue what they are even selling.

Do females have an unfair advantage at getting jobs at this level then men? I hear females always saying how they were offered a job here and there.

Ok so you all know my story. For those who don't I'll summarize it.

THEN : I was dating this girl for a good 4 months. During the time we were dating she was getting over her ex. But we were falling in love. Soon she visited me twice. We went out to the movies, had sex, and told each other we loved on another. But one night at the bar with her friends and ex changed everything. This girl came in the bar and kissed the ex on his cheek and she became pretty jealous. Soon after she broke up with me saying she needs to be alone and be single but would like to be friends. She also broke our plans of meeting for a 3rd time for my mom's birthday and the 4th time for my birthday [plus going to disney for free]. She told me its not a good idea for us to meet since she's feeling emotional right now and she feels she wouldn't be able to resist me. So even though she wanted to be friends we talk on and off. Most of the time she would ignore me or not say anything.

NOW: Last night she messaged me but a few days ago I told her how I'm going away for awhile to take better care of myself and work on myself more. Because how can I be with someone if I can't even take care of myself. However in turn I also told her that when I return I want an answer of whether she wants to work on our relationship. She said sure..if she's ready. But really all this time I was also looking for work. We all know the economy is terrible and it's hard to find a job especially in a small town. Well I recently had a interview at a grocery store and she knew about it. Last night she randomly messaged me [which is a first in a while] asking how my interview was. So I told her and all we talked about last night was working, interviews, and stuff. What does this mean? Could she still be interested in me?
