Okay, so I like this guy, lets name him George. Anyway, George is in two of my classes, but our groups dont mix much so we dont talk. My friend messaged him about me a while back. I was in french today and another guy friend said George messaged him and said he thinks I like him because of the friend who sent the message. He isn't even close to the guy he asked. He apparently asked a bunch of guys and messaged them what my friend said to him. George told my guy friend he thinks I like him, which is true. Also, out of all the days, he and his group start holloring to come over to their table. I ask them what's up and they said Georges friend wanted to say something to me (I am positive this kid likes me.) Then they said "do you smoke?" I said "What? No" (I am in grade nine) and they laughed and I got so confussed. Then they said "lets play a game" and I was like "depends what game" and they were babbling saying who is going to do something, so my crush said "We are going to draw a body part and you will have to change it into an animal." Knowing where this was going, I said "How about you do that while I walk away and pretend this never happened?" and they kept saying "Chelsea Chelsea come back" but I ignored them and laughed. What is this guy doing? My crush was staring me straight in the eyes which he hasn't in a while and he is on my tail. Do you think he likes me?

I haven't talked to my ex in four months since our failed attempt at being friends after we ended things and a few weeks ago he sent me a random snapchat of him and a girl.

Through her social media I know its a new girlfriend. I didn't respond because it seemed pointless.

Two days later he sent me another one, completely random of an animal.

He was my best friend and I've never been so close to a guy before. I know I was one of the most important people in his life and at one time he thought I was the whole package and that he's never connected with someone or been able to share as much personal stuff with anyone before as he did with me, including his ex girlfriend of 4 years. The loss of friendship was hard but overall I'm at a good place and if he's happy so am I.

He seemed nonchalant about our friendship ending and that he "knew it wasn't possible for things to go back to normal," so I just don't understand what that whole thing was?
