Sometimes two people who don’t have red hair have a kid with red hair. Or a redhead has a child with red hair. Obviously their partner had to carry it as well because it’s a recessive gene. So it’s pretty obvious that two people who carry the gene can be attracted to each other and I think people subconsciously know if they carry it or not. Is this a way to keep the red hair gene going?
