So there's this guy who's a senior and I'm a junior and we started talking over the summer and then things got a little awkward and he just got out of a serious relationship and wasn't looking for a gf and he didn't want to get hurt but we knew there was some sexual tension between each other and that we really liked each other so we sorta became friends with benefits we didn't get around to having sex but we talked about it a lot and was set on doing it and he's not a virgin but I am so he said how he wanted to be my first time so I guess that is also why I can't move on because I was dead set on him being my first and I know he wouldn't go back to that again but anyway everything then things came up and we stopped but we totally stayed friends I mean he's not as into conversation as before but we still talk occasionally and we still care about each other i mean we talk but no where like we use to which was everyday. Valentine's DAY?

He knows I'm attracted to him and we have incredible chemistry, mental and physical. We play fight, shove, touch each other a lot, sit pressed up against each other and have hugs that last long enough to talk through.

Since he knows I want him he sends me kissy face emojis then says he meant to send it to his gf and it was a mistake. Of he'll eye fuck me or make kissy lips at me and say jk.

Is he just kidding? Is he full of shit? I know I would never do this day after day with the same person if I didn't want to bang them.

Does he just enjoy flirting but not cheating on his gf? Am I just some harmless fun? Does he want to get with me but feels conflicted?

The sexual tension between us is crazy. I tried to get him to cool off after I told him all his flirting was making me want him and if he wasn't going to cheat he needed to stop flirting with me. He said he had never meant it as flirting but was sorry for leading me on.

My friend and I are in one now. He's told me often that he loves me and hates me at the same time. We have super hot crazy passionate fights about twice a month about little things and then we make up. Our friends are always talking about the tension between us.

The tension was too much for me so I finally told him to kiss me while we were hugging in my car. He refused because he has a gf but said he did want to kiss me. He said if he were free he would kiss me but for now we keep giving each other intense stares and argue. I tried to explain to him that we fight like this and push each other's buttons so easily because we have feelings for each other. If we didn't, we wouldn't be able to affect each other so strongly, hence the love/hate.

I was reading about belligerent sexual tension, which seems to fit our situation. The tension builds till we break it by fighting or me trying to kiss him, we are pissed and I swear I'm done with him for good and then we make up. It's like we can't stay away from each other.

He denied ever flirting with me but apologized for leading me on. While we were in my car he was fine with me tickling him and then we were wrestling hard over his seatbelt. He was trying to use it to keep me away and we were grabbing each other's forearms full strength to try to dominate each other. My friend drives me insane! We've both said I love you and I hate you to each other a lot. He makes me furious when he does dumb stuff and he will just go off on me like 0-60 rage in two seconds and threaten me with no more hugs. I threaten to murder/strangle him often and he threatened to rip out my ovaries during our last fight. I know I'm hot for him. He denies flirting with me but this kind of intense fighting/ making up cycle we seem stuck in makes me think there's fiery passion lurking somewhere in him.

Why does he say he loves me and hates me but keeps coming back for more? After I told him this week that I wanted him and had feelings for him he backed off a little and it's been less tense but way more awkward. Now we're taking again, after a day of not much contact, and he's snapchatting with me again.

Is he in denial about his feelings for me? Our friends have commented on the obvious tension between us. When we're fighting it's like we're in our own world and no one else exists. We just keep staring daggers at each other. We're both so stubborn that we give each other the silent treatment and neither of us wants to break first. What does this all mean?
