Me and my best friend work together. We got off at the same time today, so we were walking around shopping before we left. We ended up talking about this cute dude who works in another department, and that's basically all we said is that he's cute, kinda brooding. But right after we were talking about, we rounded a corner, and saw him. We both stopped and stared at him for a second like idiots, he looked up at us, then we burst out laughing and ran away. Then we rounded another corner to grab something else and we saw him again. He was looking DIRECTLY at us and then we started laughing AGAIN. And then we ran off, AGAIN. So I'm worried that he thinks we were making fun of him! but we really weren't! We're basically just two silly little teenage girls who can't stop giggling. (Literally the way we're described by our bosses). And I just don't want him to think we were and make him worry.

Should I tell him we weren't saying anything bad next time I see him, or just forget about it?

Okay, I've always thought I was terrible at flirting. I was talking with my boss the other night about the guy I like (my boss is only 3 years older than me, and we work retail. He's more of a friend to me than anything.) And he was asking if I'd tried to make any moves on the guy, and I was like "Yeah, all the time." And then I told him how I flirted, and he laughed and was like "I like your style." But I don't know if he was joking or not.
I'm SUPER blunt and obvious. I ran up to the guy I liked, and was like "HEY! -his name- I have a question!" I ran over and asked if he had a pet. Mind you this was totally random, and he was actually walking past and had passed me when I called out to him then ran over. He said no, and I was like "Oh, you seem like a cat person." We talked a minute and he left. The next day, I ran over to him and did the same thing, only this time I went "Are you right handed or left handed?" and we talked VERY briefly because a customer walked over. But he seemed like he wanted to keep talking. Another day he'd gotten his hair cut, I ran over and was like "You got rid of all your hair!" because he'd gotten it shaved, and he goes "yeah it was just getting kinda long and I'm pretty low maintenance" and I was like "Oh, we'll you're as handsome as ever!" He blushed and kinda looked at the ground for a second then was like "Oh, thank you" and then I ran away. The other day I asked him another question, this time his age while we were walking around his department (I think I was skipping a little... I don't know, I just have a lot of energy.) and he made me play a guessing game that made him laugh, then when I had to leave because my break was over, even though then we were with another of my friends because he works with the guy I like, I looked right at my crush and went "Oh I have to leave! I hope I see you later!" and then ran away.
Is this annoying, or a good way to flirt? I'm almost certain he knows I like him, but he seems amused by me at least.

Alright, so I've been flirting around with this dude for a little now. Not too long, but I really think he's starting to like me a little. Now to explain my flirting though, it's kinda weird. Like I'm not smooth at all.
I run up to him, and call his name. He turns around, and then I ask him some completely random question. Just whatever pops into my head. Like I asked if he had a pet out of nowhere, as well as what his dominate hand was. Things like that. Today I asked him how old he was. he said 31. He LOOKS like 25.
I'm 18, I turn 19 next month. That's a solid 13 year age gap. He's a really great guy, hard working, smart, kind, funny. But he's 31...
I was actually talking to my boss/friend about it who is also a guy. He was amazed to find out how old this guy was, but didn't express any bad opinion towards my liking this guy. Like he was kinda shocked to find out I still liked the guy after finding out how old he was, but also understood that I couldn't just shake the feeling. I just don't know what to do. And I mean, I do have another guy I'm pretty close too whose only a year older than me... but he isn't the other guy.

Well, since I started working, I've been considered almost like the child of the work place. I'm the youngest, as well as the smallest person who works there. So a lot of the older people try to look out for me, and it's become a thing that apparently I'm just very soft spoken and sweet and shy. I'm working on the shyness though, now I sometimes even make eye contact with customers! It's also said I'm one of the most "smiley" people who work there.

There is now this new guy whose been here about two months. Like me, he's considered to be sweet and smiley, but he's a lot more out going than I am, much chattier, and very friendly. And he started talking to me right away, he came and sat right with me on his very first day even! And we've become pretty close I think. Like we always take our breaks together when we can. And well, recently people have been insisting that he likes me. My boss even pointed out one night that when he was walking away he turned back to look at me. And I did meet his mother as well, she came through my lane one day and she was very nice. Then he met my mom later on that same night because she came into the store to get a return done. (My mother loves him now, just as everyone else does), and everyone is just always talking about what a perfect couple we'd make. And I do like him very much, but I've never really dated before, and I'm just not sure if I like him, or if I'm just thinking about him because everyone has gone and put the idea in my head, and in any case, if I should give it a chance or not?
