My fiancee believes that I should tell her everything and for the most part I do. But when someone else tells me a personal secret of their own that's when I don't believe that I should tell anyone else, including her. She says that everyone knows that we'll tell each other everything. I don't think that is true. If someone told me that they were raped, or cheated on a spouse or had a disease... That's not my secret to tell.

Who is right? Where do you draw the line?

the amount of male and woman who cheat on their own spouses. has slowly rising over the years. thanks to things like the internet, social media and dating apps/sites. being readily available to the general public.

which means people are finding out. they have more options or interest from others. besides just their only spouse has to offer.

all to often these days. people get bored of their spouse or denied by their spouse. which leads them to consider seeking other options.
