All they want is sex or perfection, and they still don't even know what they want fully. 28-30s I assume is the sweet spot but then most have children and are emotionally insecure. In an odd circumstance, I was recently contacted by a former bourdoir client. She had me shoot her as gifts to her boyfriend (now ex) and she was interested in going on a date. She mentioned how she felt comfortable with me, and like the fact that I treasured her of her natural beauty, when I didn't want to edit the images for "imperfections".

This got me thinking about other jobs I've done for fashion and bourdoir. Fashion in particular often requires me to edit blemishes and imperfections out of my images. Not something I'm particularily happy about, and something I strive to not do with bourdoir clients. I like to see beauty in all things, and when i sit down with a client, I try to break through the misconceptions of beauty and show them their natural beauty is much more powerful.

So, does the norms society puts on beauty hinder our views? Should the medias be willing to show the wrinkles, blemishes, stretch marks, etc? Or do we need the idilic images, edited to perfection, in order to fantisize and strive for, even if it's truly unattainable?
